On October 6–7, 2025, the 17th edition of the Polish Intelligent Transport Systems Congress took place in Warsaw – the largest national event dedicated to transport systems. Organized by the ITS Poland Association, the congress brought together both ITS system manufacturers and suppliers, as well as end users – representatives of central administration and local government units. Neurosoft had the honor of being a silver sponsor of the event.
The first day of the congress began with a debate on the role of national ITS associations within European structures, moderated by Janusz Wrobel, President of Neurosoft. The discussion featured international guests: Mr. Guenther Weber, Board Member of ITS Germany, and Mr. Joost Vantomme, CEO of ERTICO ITS Europe. The Polish side was represented by Marek Litwin, President of ITS Poland, and Dr. Eng. Ewa Wolniewicz-Warska, Member of the ITS Poland Programme Council.
On the same day, during the session “Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Dual-Use and Surveillance Solutions”, Cezary Dołęga gave a presentation on VLOOP3D – a monovision vehicle detector and classifier utilizing 3D reconstruction. VLOOP3D is Neurosoft’s proprietary technology for vehicle detection and classification, based on real-time video image analysis.
On the second day of the congress, a series of presentations focused on road protection, particularly issues related to dynamic vehicle weighing (Weigh-in-Motion). The presentations concluded with a panel discussion on the “WIM Code of Good Practice” – a document being developed by the KASI Committee with the active involvement of Neurosoft.
Neurosoft would like to thank all those who visited our booth at this year’s ITS Congress.
