NeuroFlow

Intelligent, autonomous, distributed traffic monitoring system

Using dedicated topology radio networks, devices can be connected into multi-sensor measurement systems and use a shared knowledge base. Thanks to the direct exchange of data and information between devices, not only the stability of the entire system increases, but above all the reliability and accuracy of the data generated by the system. The research work used methods and technologies from the field of wireless communication networks, electronic compact measurement devices and algorithmic image processing.

The developed product – the NeuroFlow camera – operates in a system of roubust detection, recognition and classification of moving objects, detection and classification of dangerous incidents, automatic monitoring of the environment or as a component of other systems (e.g. road toll collection, road traffic management and control, or automatic control for autonomous vehicles).

There is no similar commercial solution on the global market that would combine autonomy of operation, independent calibration and local data processing with such high reliability and quality.

The project was carried out together with the Faculty of Electronics of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
